Responsibilities:

Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication

Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries

Use excellent written and oral communications and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers

Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities with management and sales team

Keeping up with customer service information (Key Contacts) and pricing updates from our partners.
